Why I wrote this e-Book? - by the author

Legal Aid for civil proceedings is dead. Sad but an indisputable fact which we can do anything about. But what can not be allowed to die is the ability for people to seek justice through the courts irrespective of their financial means. Conventional law firms charging around £200 an hour cannot help and at long last the rip off of no win/no fee is being appreciated.
The only answer is DIY and for people to act for themselves as litigants in person. The reality of court claims is that this is entirely feasable and once the lawyer’s hype has been got over the process is very straightforward. The court has the duty to manage the case and an over all obligation to see fair play.
